For the first time ever we are opening up the Bittensor API to contributions from outside Opentensor.
https://github.com/opentensor/bittensor

The eventual goal is to hand over total development control towards subnet owners themselves, who build with the API daily.

If you are a subnet owner or on a team working on a subnet please contact @.philanthrope who will give you pull request access to the main repository.

We would dearly love contributions.
