As the chain grows, we are beginning to experience chain load and must build in the economic incentives/disincentives to both:

1) Eventually pay Proof of Stake (POS) chain validators and
2) Disincentivize heavy use in order to stop chain bloat .

In lieu of this, we will be increasing transaction fees periodically over time. With our first increase occurring tomorrow , bringing fees up from 140 RAO per transaction (roughly nil) towards 0.00012 TAO (or 4 cents) per transfer.

We will monitor the effects of this change over the following week and make modifications as required.
