As many have noticed, as dynamic approaches demand for the first 64 slots on Bittensor has driven lock costs extremely high and the rate of subnet registrations to its highest point.
As a means of stopping manipulation we have increased the chain lock cost to u64::MAX so that no subnets will be registered until after the launch this Thursday.
