We will be launching dynamic in roughly 1.5 hours here in the Novelty Search call.

**Important**:

Miners and validators **must** update their Bittensor version to the latest: `pip install bittensor==9.0.0`.
Legacy versions of Bittensor will not work for important function calls such as `subtensor.metagraph()` however functions like `subtensor.set_weights()` remain unchanged.
