Very excited to hear that the Church of Rao developer community is getting organized to fund and develop the Bittensor technology at all levels.

Headed by the great @Rhef, the plan is to bring in a new class of engineer to our ecosystem with the mission of making Bittensor more open-source and more decentralized at all levels.
